001. strictly no cancellations once the oc has been sent. cancellation fee is 75% of total amount.
002. serious buyer please, no time waster or hnr, otherwise will be spill and block.
003. payo within deadline stated or will charge late payment fee 5.000/day, only a week, otherwise cancel and must pay the cancellation fee.
